Order Preparation

• Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

  Estimated delivery: 48–72 business hours
  We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  Included countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, and Sweden.

Returns

Timeframe
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Returns of used, damaged, or incomplete products will not be accepted.

Cost of Return
Spain and Europe: the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
In case of a defective product or shipping error, Another Affair will cover the cost of the return and the new shipment, if applicable.
